| We are now entering the start of summer seasonality. Stock markets tend to drift as investor complacency, summer vacation plans and the "sell in May and go away" syndrome set in. Investment opportunities, however, are presented on a 24-7 basis. Generally, they occur when investors are least willing to purchase common shares. Accordingly, while still quite selective, we believe the present period is an excellent time to commit funds toward further equity investment.
