With the end of December approaching, now is an excellent
time to reflect upon the investment outlook for the year 2004. While 2003
has been a very profitable year for many investors, one must not become overly
complacent and disregard the importance of focus and investment discipline.
Accordingly, we are presently establishing an investment
plan of action, are seriously analyzing our securities portfolios and are
setting up clear-cut strategies to achieve our 2004 objectives. |
