We continue to hold and favour small capitalization value stocks. We have, however, noticed, with great interest, the recent highlighting of this sector by a number of media reports and investment managers.
As contrarians, we are sensitized to the fact that these stocks could become extremely overheated with increasing investment interest. As a result, we will be on the alert and will consider liquidating these holdings to move toward larger capitalization undervalued shares when the time is propitious.
